Accelerating Norm Emergence through Hierarchical Heuristic Learning

We propose a hierarchically heuristic learning strategy (HHLS) under the hierarchical social learning framework to facilitate rapid norm emergence through repeated local interactions within agent societies under different environments when their coordination space becomes large.
